Post what you want

Create a WANT, describe the item clearly, choose your budget and location, and select how far Kemster should search. You can fill out your post before signing in; sign in at the last step to publish it.

Post what you have

Create a listing with an accurate title, condition, price and at least one photo. Mention faults or important collection details. Prices are shown with the currency symbol for the chosen currency.

Matches and contact requests

Kemster compares wants and listings. When a match looks useful, send or accept a contact request before exchanging private contact details.

Notifications

Choose which updates you receive and by which channel in notification settings.

Plans

Plan and purchase options appear when a feature or usage limit requires one. Your account shows active plans and benefits.

Contact support

If these steps do not solve the problem, contact Kemster support. Include relevant post or conversation details, but never send passwords or verification codes.

Editing and expiry

Open My Listings or My Wants in your dashboard to edit, close or renew a post. Expired wants stop appearing in public search; update and repost if you are still looking.

Verification and trust

Some categories or transactions may need additional verification. A badge reflects a completed check, not a guarantee of a transaction. Never share a login or verification code.

Matching and reach

Kemster first looks nearby, then within your city, country or farther afield according to the reach you choose. Broader reach may include delivery or customs costs. Review each match before you contact anyone.
