Advertising on Kemster Classifieds is intended to be a friendly, enjoyable and useful experience, but as with anything concerning any kind of transactions there are risks involved and we strongly advise you to understand all of these terms before joining or placing an ad. If you spot a listing that you feel is violating the general terms and conditions of our service as stated below please let us know by contacting us.
Right to Suspend or Terminate
You agree that this Kemster Classifieds, in its own discretion, may terminate any ad or use of the service immediately and without notice if:
(a) We believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of this service.
(b) You have repeatedly broken a certain term.
(c) You have listed a suspicious item.
In most cases when we suspect foul play we will suspend your account/listing whilst we investigate further. If our investigation is conclusive then your account with us will be terminated.
Your Conduct
You are solely responsible for the contents of your actions through this service. You must ensure that your participation in the selling or buying of items does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. By this we mean that you must check that you entitled to sell or buy the relevant item and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation. You must not transmit through the service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. You must also not transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law or regulation.
General Terms
Kemster Classifieds acts as the window for advertisers to promote their products and services. We are not involved in the actual transaction between advertisers and their customers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality, truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of advertiser to list an ad or the ability of customer to respond to the listing. We cannot and do not control whether or not sellers will complete the sale of items they offer or buyers will complete the purchases of items. In addition, note that there are risks of dealing with foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretense.
Kemster Classifieds shall not be responsible for any service rendered or items sold, or for any damage to items during transit or during the inspection period, nor for misrepresentations and/or breaches of contract by either buyer and/or seller. We shall not be responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or any losses resulting form any goods purchased or obtained. We assume no liability for the content of the listings. However if you fall victim of a fraudulent transaction we will assist you as much as we can.
Prohibited Items
Users may not post ads for goods or services that are illegal where they live. We require that our members comply with applicable laws and regulations. If you notice any suspicious or questionable content on the site, please use our "Report Listing" button on the ad page to inform us about the listing, so that We will take technical and legal steps to remove the listing and keep the offending advertiser off Kemster Classifieds. The following items are prohibited on Kemster Classifieds:
1. Materials that infringes copyrights and trademarks.
2. Embargoed goods.
3. Items designed to be used to commit a crime.
4. Stocks and other financial securities.
5. Fraudulent items.
6. Animals, plants and insects that are regulated or prohibited for sale under applicable laws.
7. Obscene materials or pornography.
8. Stolen goods or property that is altered in any way.
9. Prescription drugs, controlled substances and illegal drugs.
10. Content that can intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.
11. Services that are illegal or including prostitution.
12. Items that promote hatred and violence against any group of people.
13. Fireworks.
14. Blood, bodily fluids and body parts.
15. Alcoholic beverages.
16. Weapons of any type, including weapons parts.
17. Items containing dangerous substances.
18. Items that are not supposed to be sold.
Refund Policy
Payments made to Kemster Classifieds can be reversed within 30 days after it's initiation with no question asked. To get a refund, visit out contact page.
Modification
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms of use at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. You must review this agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself apprised of any changes.
